Client receives commissioned artwork and 1 CSP/PSD File to access all the layers of their commission.

Additional fees MAY apply for commercial use.

My artwork is allowed to be used for personal display such as profile pictures, banners, posting on Socials, or printing for yourself, but may not be used for profit without prior agreement.

AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. Feeding my work into AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs is strictly prohibited.

I have the rights to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw.

Communication is important. If I do not receive a response within 1 week, I will proceed and deliver the artwork as is.

All payments are upfront in full to secure your slot.

Commission will not be started unless paid.

If client wishes to refund BEFORE the sketch stage, they receive full refund of their purchase.

If sketch stage has already passed and client changed their mind, I have the rights to keep 45% of the payment.

Payments to proposals should be paid fully within 1 week or will be declined.

A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) fee of $10 USD applies if you request that I do not post your commission publicly or use it as part of my Portfolio.

Client will receive draft sketches for their commission and has the freedom to do the revisions during sketch phase.

You receive 2 free revisions (sketch stage only). Additional revisions cost $15 USD each, paid before I continue. Please provide all feedback at the sketch stage.

After sketches were approved, I will proceed to rendering and color.

Client will receive a colored output of their commission and can have one last revision incase a characters color needs changes. Once approved, no futher changed will be made after final render.

Commissions may take up to 1 month depending on complexity, queue, health, school, or personal matters. I will keep you updated if delays occur. If you wish to skip the Queue and be Priority, the fee will be $10 USD. You will have to Directly Message me or state in the Request forms that you wish for a Rush Fee.

I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.

I may use the artwork to: Promote myself and my services. Post on social media and in my portfolio. Create prints/merchandise (for fanart commissions only).

Exceptions: If an NDA was purchased, the artwork will not be posted or used for promotional purposes.

You may: Use the artwork for personal purposes only (unless commercial rights are purchased).Print the art for yourself. Post it on Social Media with credit to me "@kinchip_ ". Code word is clovers

You may NOT: Use the artwork commercially without permission. Claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit me. Remove signatures/watermarks. Resell or redistribute the artwork. Modify the artwork without my consent.
